Bartending Service
Our Bartending Service consists of planning your event and bartenders operating a bar at your event. We can serve whatever you desire: martinis, shooters, tropical drinks, highballs, classics, and more, or a limited bar, serving beer and wine only.
Our service begins with the Event Planning Meeting. During this meeting a representative will help you plan the beverage portion of your event. Our rep can estimate the quantity and type of liquor and supplies needed based upon the number of guests and type of drinks you wish to serve. We maintain an up-to-date list of average prices from local grocers and liquor stores, so our rep can build your shopping list with an estimated total cost of your liquor and supplies. At the conclusion of the Event Planning Meeting the rep will give you an information sheet listing the details of your event. A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at the conclusion of the meeting. The deposit can either be paid directly to the representative with cash or check or paid on the Payment page with a credit or debit card.
Blue Label Bartending will send the required number of bartenders 30 minutes prior to the start of your event. If the event is a wedding ceremony and reception located at the same venue the bartenders will arrive one hour before the ceremony begins. The bar or table must be available along with all liquor, juices and garnishes. Each bartender will set up their bar and begin serving drinks. Bartenders will be available up to 30 minutes after your event to clean the bar area.
Our Bartending Service includes the following items:
- The Event Planning Meeting
- The required number of professional bartenders.
- Personal bartending supplies, such as mixing tins, pour spouts, corkscrews, blenders, salt rimmers, straws and sword toothpicks.
- Ice
- Plastic Drink Ware
- Napkins
- Coolers (max of 2 per event)
- Keg Taps
At this time we do not provide our own liquor, juices, fruit garnishes, portable bars, glassware, drink menus or table waiting services. We can help you obtain these items through party rental services or through our Liquor Purchasing Service. Liquor Purchasing Service
Blue Label Bartending does not maintain on inventory of liquor, juices or garnishes, but we are more than happy to purchase these items for you through our Liquor Purchasing Service. As an errand for our customers, we will purchase liquor, juices, garnishes and any other bar-related consumable items needed for your event. This service is essentially an errand service offered to assist with your event. We do not markup the items purchased and resell them to you; instead, we simply drive to a store and purchase the items for you. We require a full reimbursement of the total purchase including sales and liquor taxes. Due to the pricing lists we maintain we can maximize your savings by being aware of which stores have the lowest prices. Upon completion of your event, you will take possession of any unused items. We will collect the empty bottles and deliver them to a local recycling center. A Liquor Purchasing Charge of $100 will be added to the total event charges (due at the end of your event) if this service is requested. Also, a deposit of 50% of the estimated purchase* will be due following the Event Planning Meeting.
* The Liquor Purchasing Deposit is refundable if either the purchasing service or the event is cancelled at least 5 days prior to the event. The $50 service deposit is non-refundable.
