Prices

Prices are based upon event length and are valid for events of 200 guests or less.  Larger events and events in excess of six hours may incur additional charges.  When a wedding ceremony and reception are at the same venue, the wedding ceremony is inculded in the event time.  Increased rates for events held on holidays.  Ask about our special discounted rates for events at the Green Country Event Center, Tarp Chapel and Vive le Ranch.

Bartending Service

Our Bartending Service includes the bartender, bartending tools, drink straws and cocktail napkins.  The customer is responsible for providing the alcohol, soft drinks, mixers and fruit garnishes.  One bartender can serve approximately 100 people.  All prices include set up and clean up.  The bartender will arrive one hour before your event to set up the bar and stay afterwards to clean up.  The bartender will serve whatever drinks can be made with the alcohol provided by the customer.  We can serve beer, wine, Champagne, martinis, tropical drinks, highballs, juice drinks, shots, and much more.

Blue Label Bartending does not provide alcohol, mixers, fruit garnishes, portable bars, drink menus, or glassware, but we may able to obtain some of these items depending on each customer's needs.  We highly recommend that customers compliment their alcohol selection with a coffee bar from Cafe Evoke Catering, a cool service available in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. 

Cash Bar

Non-profit organizations who book with Blue Label and will have a cash bar may need to purchase a Special Events Liquor License from their respective state alcohol agency.  These licenses generally cost $55 and customers should apply for this license no less than three weeks before their event.  We recommend Tulsa customers contact Runner's Licensing, which provides a wonderful service of helping you obtain your license.  Click here for the Runner's website or call 918.488.0507.

Ice

Other than the alcohol, ice is one of the most important yet often overlooked items needed for your party.  We can provide up to 120 lbs. of ice per bartender.  We bring our own coolers to store the ice.  The ice can be used to chill beer, white wine and Champagne, or be used for making mixed drinks and soft drinks.  Be sure to ask about having Blue Label Bartending provide ice for your event.  Please note that we do not provide ice for beer kegs; the customer is responsible for keeping the keg chilled.

Event Policies

In order to ensure a safe and responsible event we strictly adhere to the following policies:

1. Guests are not allowed to serve their own alcohol. All alcohol will be under the care of the bartender and served only by a Blue Label Bartending bartender.
2. Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to anyone regardless of reason.
3. All alcohol service must end at or before midnight (12:00 am).
4. Open bottles of beer and Champagne will be discarded at the end of the event if the event is a rented location (not a residence). Unopened bottles will be packaged for transportation away from the event.
5. All guests who appear under 30 years of age will be required to present a valid ID to show proof of legal drinking age. Minors and guests without ID will not be served.

Booking and Payment

Contact us either by phone or email to book Blue Label Bartending for your event.  Tulsa customers can stop by our Bartending School at 3303 1/2 South Peoria Avenue to book or make payments.  When booking we require that you pay a non-refundable deposit of $50.  The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event.  We can invoice you for payment after the event if you are paying through a corporate account.  We accept cash, check, credit card or debit card as forms of payment (card transactions are processed through PayPal).
